Digi Crest (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital agency licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 1636312), located at Downtown Dubai, UAE. 5. WhatsApp and messaging
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your number, name and message content. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and deliver our services. WhatsApp is operated by a third party and processes messages under its own privacy policy. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of non-essential messages.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email, analytics, project management, payment and accounting tools
- Advertising platforms such as Google or Meta, only as needed to run campaigns you have authorised
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors
- Authorities, where required by law

7. Transfers outside the UAE

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months if no project follows. We keep client project and financial records for as long as UAE law requires. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as SSL encryption, access controls, two-factor authentication and regular backups. No system is completely secure, and we will notify affected people and the authorities where the law requires.
10. Your rights

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
